What You'll Be Doing:
People Leadership & Mentorship
Lead Order Picking, Cleaning Facility, and Sanitation teams
Mentor Supervisors and Lead Hands, supporting career progression
Set clear roles, expectations, performance standards, and accountability
Foster strong team collaboration and engagement
Drive strategy and initiatives to improve employee engagement scores and overall team satisfaction
Planning & KPI Performance
Own production budgets and KPI performance
Set annual targets and drive year-over-year improvements
Oversee labour scheduling, material flow, line optimization, and contingency planning
Operational Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety, GMPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and audit readiness
What We Are Looking For:
At least 3+ years of experience leading multiple departments with a focus on productivity, efficiency, and process improvement
At least 3+ years of experience coaching and developing direct reports, supporting career growth, and managing performance
At least 3+ years of experience working closely with teams across Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience is a strong plus
What You Can Expect
Annual salary of $110,00-$120,000, commensurate with experience
Work schedule of Friday to Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with flexibility as needed to support operational requirements
