Responsibilities

  • Administer and act as a trusted advisor to leaders on Human Capital activities, including recruitment, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning and development, total rewards, policies/guidelines, and performance management
  • Execute full-cycle project management of strategic initiatives, including associated change management activities
  • Lead internal process improvements by identifying opportunities, investigating issues, conducting impact analyses, and managing related change management activities
  • Develop and continuously improve Human Capital processes, tools, and guidelines in response to legislative, regulatory, and business requirements
  • Prepare and deliver internal presentations, including facilitating training sessions and meetings
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from team members and leadership, providing clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Analyze statistical and Human Capital data/reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead the strategic planning of Learning and Development (L&D) regional initiatives in partnership with senior leadership, Service Line Leaders, and Human Capital teams, including:
    Determine course offerings and training schedules, ensuring alignment with Firmwide and Service Line capability needs Identify and coordinate facilitators and subject-matter experts for learning programs Organize regional team members to ensure seamless execution of training logistics and participant engagement Oversee communication of learning initiatives to ensure team members receive clear and timely information on course offerings, prerequisites, and expectations
  • Oversee the refinement, maintenance, and continual improvement of Service Line Curriculums and Learning Pathways, ensuring they remain current, strategically aligned, and responsive to emerging learning needs
  • Ensure the success of business deliverables by providing team members with clear expectations and feedback
  • Network on behalf of MNP, acting as an ambassador for the organization and building strong relationships across the Firm
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
  • Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of HR experience
  • Post-secondary education in human resources
  • Completion of, or working towards, CPHR designation
  • Exceptional presentation and project management skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with strength in navigating ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, error identification, and understanding data relationships
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
  • Proven relationship building and leadership skills
  • Proven people management skills an asset
