Project Manager – Building Services

Position: PROJECT MANAGER – BUILDING SERVICES

The successful candidate will apply strong technical and leadership skills to deliver a range of water conveyance and infrastructure projects.

• Degree in Construction Management from an accredited university
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, including project management and construction supervision (preferably on building-related projects)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project design and management
• Business development experience considered an asset
• Self-motivated, with strong leadership abilities, proven project and client management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Manage projects, including contract administration, construction management and design engineering
• Coordinate, supervise, mentor and support junior engineers and technologists
• Prepare planning reports, design drawings, specifications and contract documents
• Perform construction administration and general construction supervision
• Work closely with clients to ensure project objectives are achieved
