Territory Team Lead

Junk King Calgary, the city’s leading full-service junk removal company, is looking for a
Territory Team Lead
to take ownership of daily operations in the field while leading by example. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys coaching others, and wants real growth opportunities with a fast‑growing company.

As a Territory Team Lead, you’re more than just a crew member — you’re the face of Junk King on the road. You’ll lead jobs, support and motivate your team, ensure top‑tier customer service, and help drive efficiency and results within your territory.

You’ll take responsibility for your truck, your crew, and your territory — making decisions that directly impact customer experience and performance.

From residential cleanouts to commercial jobs, no two days are the same. You’ll stay active, challenged, and engaged.

We provide ongoing training in leadership, customer service, estimating, sales, safety, and logistics to help you succeed in this role and beyond.

• Lead and support a truck team on daily jobs
• Safely operate company trucks to and from job sites
• Oversee job execution, including estimating, loading, and sorting materials
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle payments when required
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high standards
• Ensure safety procedures, truck cleanliness, and professional appearance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
• Take ownership of job performance, efficiency, and upsell opportunities
• Have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Have leadership experience or are ready to step into a leadership role
• Are reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Can independently lift up to 50-100 lbs
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, physical work environment
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Can work weekends when required
• $20/hour + tips + performance bonuses
