We are seeking a confident, organized, and proactive Studio Operations & Team Manager to take ownership of day-to-day studio operations, staff accountability, and team performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally structured, communicates clearly, handles responsibility well, and is comfortable leading people. You will work directly with ownership and current team leadership to serve as the primary operational leader responsible for ensuring the studio runs smoothly, staff are supported and accountable, and standards are consistently upheld.
This position plays a key role in stabilizing operations, strengthening team structure, and improving overall studio performance.
Core Responsibilities Operations Leadership- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth execution
- Identify issues early and resolve them proactively
- Maintain organization, structure, and operational standards
- Monitor schedules, staffing coverage, and logistics
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions
- Develop and implement operational improvements
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Improve workflows and internal systems
- Ensure team adoption of processes and procedures
- Monitor effectiveness of new initiatives
- Oversee staff performance, reliability, and professionalism
- Set and reinforce clear expectations and standards
- Lead performance conversations and corrective discussions when necessary
- Address concerns early and professionally
- Maintain a structured, accountable, and respectful team environment
- Serve as the primary point of leadership for day-to-day team matters
- Communication efficiently with team members
- Ensure consistently high service standards
- Resolve client concerns effectively and professionally
- Monitor feedback and satisfaction
- Support retention and relationship building
- Develop systems to follow up with leads and inquiries
- Track conversions and intro offers
- Support initiatives that improve revenue and retention
Structured weekly leadership blocks:
Starting approximately 8–12 hours per week, with opportunity for expanded hours based on performance, results, and studio needs.
This schedule allows focused operational leadership time.
