As an EY-Parthenon Consultant within our Strategy and Execution practice, you’ll participate as a valued member of project teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges. Together with your team, you will play a vital role by supporting and executing strategies for transactions and developing experience across a range of different type of engagements including pre-deal (e.g., due diligence, operational and carve-out planning) and post-deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking, value creation) touching upon key functional areas, across a variety of industries.

• Integration strategy, planning, and execution by providing project management support, and executive communication
• Carve-out or divestiture strategy, planning, and execution, supporting operating model design, and transaction services agreement development
• Operational due diligence, stand-alone costing, one-time cost development, operating model design
• Synergy/value realization identification, validation and tracking
• Development of Transitional Services Agreements
• Development of M&A and integration playbooks
• Support client engagement teams execute integration or carve-out services
• Support key client decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
• Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas

You’ll be trained in key business concepts and analytical methods immediately upon joining the team and throughout your EY-Parthenon journey.
