Job Description

Parsons is looking for a talented Director of Indigenous Relations to join our team.

The Director of Indigenous Relations & Reconciliation will lead the development and implementation of Parsons company‑wide Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Strategy — establishing a structured, measurable, and authentic approach that strengthens relationships with Indigenous communities, advances reconciliation, and positions the company for Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) certification through the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB).

This Director role will serve as the Champion and the lead in Parsons reconciliation efforts across all business lines, ensuring that commitments are embedded in operations, project delivery, procurement, and people practices. In addition, the Director will play a key role in supporting bid proposals by contributing strategic content, advice, guiding Indigenous engagement approaches and principles, and helping to ensure alignment with client expectations and reconciliation objectives.

  • Lead the company’s pathway toward CCIB PAR certification and ensure our progress is authentic, measurable, and community‑validated.
