Salary: $180,000 per year (Full time, Permanent, 40 hours per week). Start as soon as possible.

Lead the organization, allocate resources, coordinate regional divisions, represent the organization, select and delegate authority to executive staff.

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience in health, education or social service organization leadership.
• Experience managing diverse regions and coordinating cross‑department programs.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

• Work setting: various locations across Calgary, Edmonton and remote road work.

  Edmonton, AB (road travel required).
