The Vice President of North American Sales is responsible for managing sales efforts within North America. Skills/Qualifications/Education- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, ideally within the North American market.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in closing complex sales deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- 7+ years of relevant sales experience, including several years in a leadership position.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in the North American market.
- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including Sales Managers, Account Executives, and other sales professionals.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities and threats in the North American market.
- Adjust sales strategies as needed to respond to changing market conditions.
- Track sales targets and KPIs for the North American region.
- Drive the team to meet profitability goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and support.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Regularly analyze sales performance and propose improvements based on data and insights.
- Manage the sales department budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and cost control.
