AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Aircraft Works Ltd. is a Calgary (CYYC) based AMO, and part of the Take Flight Group of Companies which includes Air Partners Corp., and Hangar
59. We maintain a diverse fleet of corporate jets and turboprops and require an experienced maintenance planner. This position will report directly to the Senior Maintenance Planner but also provide technical admin support to the VP of Maintenance.
The shift for this position will run Monday through Friday, 07:30 to 16:00. Our ideal candidate has both aircraft maintenance and office experience.
BENEFIT PACKAGE DETAILSThe annual compensation will range between $55,000.00 and $85,000.00 based upon previous planning experience and qualifications. Salaries for AME applicants will be considered separately based on experience. Vacation packages are negotiable. Our benefit program includes:

- Research parts and labour required to complete short and long term planning
- Publish daily work packages
- Preparing and drafting client communications
- Collaborating with flight operations to schedule aircraft maintenance at optimal times
- Building annual forecasts and aircraft maintenance budgets
- Analysis and assessment of key performance indicators
- Updating maintenance quoting data
- Assisting with invoicing and other administrative work to help support the team
- Highly proficient with MS word and excel
- Previous experience as an aircraft maintenance planner or aircraft maintenance experience as an AME or senior apprentice
- Must be able to draft professional documents
- Previous experience with Corridor and CAMP would be considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to hold restricted area pass (RAIC)
- A desire to be challenged to provide legendary customer service
