About the Role
We are hiring Residential Painters to join our growing operations team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on, full-time role focused on delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting services to homeowners in local neighbourhoods.

No prior painting experience is required - training is provided. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This role is ideal for individuals looking to earn solid seasonal income while developing valuable, transferable skills in a professional work environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Completing interior and exterior residential painting projects
Preparing surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming, caulking)
Protecting client property and maintaining clean job sites
Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and other tools
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet job timelines
Communicating professionally with homeowners and supervisors
Upholding company quality and safety standards at all times

Schedule & Commitment
Full-time hours
Monday to Friday
Seasonal work with consistent hours during peak season
Daily travel between job sites required

Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle (required for travelling between job sites)
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team-based environment

Experience
Painting experience is preferred but not required
We provide paid training and ongoing coaching
A positive attitude and coachability are more important than prior experience
