Help Build a Cleaner, Safer CommunityEverclean is hiring a Site Manager to lead our Operations team in Calgary. In this role, you will guide your team to create clean, healthy spaces where people work, shop, and gather every day. You will support your team members, work with building partners, and make sure our community has the safe, welcoming environment they deserve.
What You'll Do Each Day- Lead and support your team – Train team members, create work schedules, and help everyone succeed in their jobs
- Make sure spaces are clean and safe – Check that all cleaning meets our quality standards and keeps people healthy
- Build strong relationships – Work closely with property management and building partners to meet their needs and respond to their concerns
- Keep everyone safe – Follow all health and safety rules, check supplies, and make sure the team has what they need to work safely
- Plan and improve – Create team schedules, write reports on how the site is doing, and find ways to make things better
- Experience leading cleaning or janitorial teams in buildings like offices, malls, or other commercial spaces
- Knowledge of health and safety rules and how to follow them
- Leadership skills – You can manage, motivate, and help a diverse team grow and succeed
- Strong communication – You can speak and write clearly with your team, building partners, and customers
- Customer service focus – You understand that clean spaces help people feel welcome and safe
- Problem-solving ability – You can find solutions quickly when challenges happen
- Time management – You can handle many tasks at once and stay organized in a busy environment
As a Site Manager, you lead the team that creates the first impression people have of the building. Your leadership helps your team provide excellent service to the community. Every day, your work makes spaces cleaner, safer, and more welcoming for everyone.
