Job Overview

Pioneer 2000 Enterprises Inc is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to support our residential plumbing operations. This role is essential to keeping our projects running smoothly by ensuring materials are organized, inventory is accurate, and orders are prepared efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in plumbing products, is self-motivated, and enjoys a physically active role that blends independent work with team collaboration.

This position covers all aspects of warehouse operations—from sweeping floors and unloading trucks to inventory monitoring and order preparation. While delivery personnel are available to assist when not on the road, this role requires someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key

Responsibilities
  • Perform all day-to-day warehouse operations, including cleaning, organizing, and material handling

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering plumbing materials and supplies

  • Pack and unpack orders accurately and efficiently

  • Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments

  • Maintain organized inventory locations and accurate stock counts

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

  • Coordinate with delivery personnel and field teams to ensure materials are job-ready

  • Assist with loading materials for deliveries and projects as needed

  • Drive a 3-ton truck with a 22’ box when required

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing products and materials

    Previous warehouse or construction-related experience preferred

  • Forklift certified or proficient (certification required or willingness to obtain)

  • First Aid certified or willing to become certified

  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a 3-ton box truck

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English)

  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable

  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

  • Honest, safety-minded, and detail-oriented

Work Schedule
  • Standard hours:
