Maintenance Technician

Are you skilled in industrial maintenance and looking for a great opportunity? Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Mechanic to repair, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on their machinery and equipment. If you have experience in mechanical systems, enjoy troubleshooting, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is an attractive pay of $30 per hour!

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
• Operate grinders and drill presses.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate any maintenance concerns and updates to management and team members.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic is preferred.
• Well versed in troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Experience working with software programs such as Megamation or CMMS.
• Experience with MIG/Arc welding is an asset.

Working Conditions:

• Unload and move materials up to 85 lbs.. on a continuous basis.
• Climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding, performing repairs in confined spaces.
• Must possess color vision for wiring.
• Exposure to seasonal temperature changes, dust, and loud noise (hearing protection provided).
