- Work with crew members to ensure task schedule is set daily
- Task delegation / scheduling i.e.: wiping of garbage lids, sweeping areas, graffiti removal is streak / run free yard / shop cleaning, all areas being serviced and maintained etc.
- Accurate time tracking
- Litter and debris removal
- Biohazard removal thorough and disinfected each time, nothing left behind!
- Bathroom re-stocking and maintenance
- Graffiti removal
- Garbage receptacle changes
- Snow removal
- Safe operation of equipment according to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Daily paperwork is mandatory by way of the Sitedocs APP, Pre use, JHA, housekeeping, various other forms and incident reporting
- Use of Mobil 8 App is mandatory, for logging work, and creating tickets for damages or repairs, ensuring all phones are operational at all times
- Follow Service Agreement expectations and schedule
- Two-way communication with staff
- Event set up and take down.
- Use of tools/equipment/supplies to assist with:
- General Labor
- Cleaning and maintenance
- Clean up & dispose of refuse.
- Participate in Health and Safety. Incident reporting, shop / yard area inspection. Practice workplace safety and use all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure all staff are doing the same
- Keeping track of inventory to ensure everything is available when required
- Create and maintain clear communication between East Village team and management with immediate reports of absences, incidences or near misses.
- Training, competency assessments, safety courses
- Quality control
- Project management
- Provide feedback, i.e.: better tools required, staffing challenges, process changes etc.
- Participation in meetings
