Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Procurement & Supply Chain Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving cost efficiency, improving Gross Profit (GP), and ensuring smooth supply operations across the business.

This role offers strong exposure to procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams.

Manage sourcing activities, issue purchase orders, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.

Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier benchmarking and price analysis.

Support GP improvement initiatives by monitoring purchase price trends and material usage.

Conduct supplier performance reviews to ensure quality, service level, and competitiveness.

Coordinate food sampling and tasting sessions with Operations and R&D teams.

Prepare demand forecasts and plan replenishment to ensure supply continuity.

Monitor inventory levels to reduce excess stock, slow‑moving items, and expiry risks.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure system accuracy.

Prepare and verify import/export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving and timely shipment.
