We’re looking for a hybrid
Supply Chain Analyst in the manufacturing industry.
Our client is a well-established organization operating across manufacturing and distribution, with a strong focus on operational efficiency,
data-driven decision-making, and
continuous improvement. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support planning, forecasting, and performance optimization across the supply chain.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and translating insights into practical recommendations that improve inventory flow, cost control, and service levels.
Supply Chain Analyst responsibilities:Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, demand, purchasing, and lead times to support informed decision-makingDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and supplier performanceSupport demand planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with operations, procurement, and sales teamsIdentify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings across the supply chainAssist with ERP data analysis and continuous improvement initiativesPrepare clear, concise insights and recommendations for operational and leadership teamsThe successful candidate has:2–5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory analysis, or a similar analytical roleStrong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Net Suite, Oracle, or similar)Exposure to demand planning, inventory management, or procurement analyticsStrong attention to detail with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholdersA proactive mindset and interest in improving processes, not just reporting on themCompensation and benefits:The discussed salary range is $60,000 – $75,000, depending on experienceOpportunity to influence supply chain strategy and operational outcomesExposure to cross-functional teams and leadershipCompetitive compensation and long-term growth potential within operations or supply chain leadershipCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
