Junior Lawyer – Personal Injury

We are a busy, well-established personal injury law firm in Calgary with a strong reputation for client advocacy and results. Our practice is fast-paced, collaborative, and hands-on, offering junior lawyers meaningful responsibility.
The Opportunity  We are seeking a junior lawyer (0–2 years’ experience) to join our growing personal injury practice. This is an ideal role for a motivated new call or early-career lawyer who is eager to build litigation skills in a high-volume environment and work directly with clients from day one.

Key Responsibilities   Manage a high-volume personal injury file load with appropriate supervision
Conduct client intake, meetings, and ongoing client communication
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
Assist with discoveries, mediations, applications, and trials
Communicate with insurers, opposing counsel, and experts
Maintain strong file organization and compliance with deadlines
Qualifications   Member in good standing with the  Law Society of Alberta .
0–2 years of legal experience  (personal injury experience is an asset but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a  fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
