Senior Legal Recruitment Specialist, Career Strategist, 18 year former Lawyer

We are excited to be working with a preeminent firm with over 40 years of offering exceptional client service in Calgary. Our client is seeking a 2+ year family lawyer to start immediately in their matrimonial division.

The successful candidate will manage their own family, ADR and litigation files and assist senior counsel as necessary. You will also build your own practice, work with and supervise junior lawyers where necessary, and support staff. The ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks on schedule and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is required. Experience in the Courtroom and around the negotiation table is essential.

2+ years of experience as a family lawyer.

Experience with ADR and litigation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mandated experience in the courtroom and negotiation.
