French Translator

The French Translator role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and culturally appropriate French-language communication across Greatway’s materials and client interactions. This position supports both internal teams and clients by translating critical documents, providing French-language service, and ensuring consistency with Quebec regulations and linguistic standards. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support effective communication and client experience in French-speaking markets.

• Translate critical documents including KYC forms, contracts, agreements, policies, training materials, and internal communications.
• Provide French-language support for client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Ensure terminology consistency and accuracy across all translated materials.
• Maintain compliance with Quebec language requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Training, and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to localize content for French-speaking audiences.
• Review and update existing French materials as policies, products, or regulations change.
• Act as a linguistic and cultural resource to internal teams to ensure clarity and appropriateness in French communications.

• Minimum 3 years of professional translation experience, preferably within financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quebec French, including cultural and regulatory nuances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
