Who You Are
You are an experienced insurance professional with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the industry. You have a strong technical background in risk advisory and account management, with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. What You Bring

• Level 2 Insurance License
• 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, with expertise in Auto, Property, Liability, and Directors & Officers coverage considered an asset
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance programs, contract analysis and risk management strategies
• Exceptional relationship-building and client-management skills
• Ability to develop and present strategic insurance solutions
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to mentor and coach others as well as participate in special projects as required
• Progress toward or completion of CIP, CRM or CAIB designation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience with Epic
