What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster:

As a Claims Adjuster you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Property Adjusters provide efficient and prompt investigation on property damages, including theft, disappearance of jewelry, wind claims and even potential exposure to CAT claims. Along with claims handling, they will be heavily involved with subrogation files and assist our Leaders with ad‑hoc projects that arise.

• Thoroughly investigate & evaluate assigned property claims
• Approve and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts
• Estimate repair cost, replacement, or compensation
• Manage stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions on claims
• Effectively manage a busy day‑to‑day schedule
• Provide a great customer experience

• Post‑Secondary education in an insurance‑focused program or related program
• Completed or working toward the CIP designation
• Minimum of 3 years of property claims handling
• Experience with Xactimate and Encircle is an asset
• Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
• Ability to clearly communicate with claimants, brokers, and vendors
