The Role

We are a dynamic team committed to delivering tailored risk solutions for complex liability exposures. Our specialty practice spans Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O), and Cyber insurance, supporting organizations as they safeguard their leadership, reputation, and digital assets.

As a Client Manager, you will play a central role in our specialty lines group by ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Your knowledge of D&O, E&O, and Cyber will strengthen our ability to provide exceptional client support and build lasting relationships. This is an opportunity to help organizations navigate emerging risks while expanding your expertise in some of the industry’s most in-demand coverage areas.

What You’ll Do

• most importantly, you will lead by example, live our values, and drive business relationships for the company by providing exceptional customer service.
• Support a team of specialists in managing complex liability portfolios.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, and documentation with precision and efficiency.
• Assist in crafting tailored solutions for executive liability and cyber risk.
• Communicate with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in specialty lines to add value to client conversations.
• A key emphasis on building rapport and relationships through internal team mentorship and through external client relations.
• M entoring Client Associates, and Client Coordinators including helping their career development by supporting them to attend client meetings as appropriate.
• Other Duties as required.

What We Require

• Experience in commercial insurance, with a minimum of 3 years exposure to D&O, E&O, and Cyber coverage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Collaborative approach to working with brokers, underwriters, and clients.
• Professional designations (CIP, CRM, or equivalent) considered an asset.
