The opportunity Our Property Claims team is looking for Property Leader (Hybrid) to join their Field team. The Claims Leader will build an environment for people to do the best work of their lives and develop employees’ potential for their current role and future career aspirations. The Claims Leader will identify and collaborate with various team members to improve system conditions to impact service for our customers, the environment for our people and our financial performance.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively with confidence, curiosity, courage and collaboration, creating a clear vision of the outcomes required and how our people will contribute to achieve them. This is a hybrid role and requires flexible working hours which may include weekend and after hours work based on business needs such as catastrophe events.
