Our Underwriting Service Representatives work hard to provide support to Underwriters; performing administrative tasks that allow the Underwriting team to best serve our customers. They also use their strong Customer Service skills to work with our internal Underwriting teams; verifying information needed to get the job done right.

Our USRs are passionate about insurance and use this opportunity to showcase their talents and further their insurance career. They are extremely detail‑oriented, accurate, and have a strong desire to complete tasks quickly - while always wanting to lend a helping hand.

• Performing data entry and data calculations
• Communicating with underwriters for verification and qualification of information
• Processing internal/external correspondence and requests received by the underwriting department
• Being accurate, while also being efficient
• Multi‑tasking
• Customer Service

• Post-Secondary Education and/or Insurance experience
• Intermediate‑level computer skills, and the ability to learn new programs
• Actively pursuing a CIP designation

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $38,000 to $58,000. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, we’d still love to hear from you.
