** What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster:
** As a Claims Adjuster you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind.  Our Property Adjusters providing efficient and prompt investigation on property damages, including theft, disappearance on jewelry, wind claims and even potential exposure to CAT claims. Along with Claims handling, they will be heavily involved with subrogation files and assist our Leaders with ad-hoc projects that arise.

**** If you are great at:
*** Thoroughly investigating & evaluating assigned Property claims
* Approving and adjusting estimates of damage and loss amounts
* Estimating repair cost, replacement, or compensation
* Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions on claims
* Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
* Providing a great Customer experience
** And you have:
*** Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
* Completed or working towards the CIP designation
* A minimum of 3 years of Property Claims Handling
* Experience with Xactimate and Encircle is an asset
* Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
* Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Vendors
