Application Support Specialist

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Trading IT Application Support/ Business Application Support with strong experience supporting trading, marketing, and logistics systems. This role will focus on supporting the end-to-end deal lifecycle by working closely with front, middle, and back office teams while maintaining and enhancing enterprise systems, including SAP S/4

HANA and CTRM/ETRM platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate across business units and IT teams to support system improvements, testing initiatives, and process optimization efforts within a fast-paced energy trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system and process support for business users throughout the full deal lifecycle.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage system updates and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality.
• Support system testing for new features, updates, and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and assist with reporting and key metrics.
• Help investigate and resolve system or process issues.
• Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience with CTRM/ETRM trading systems
• Understanding of trading, marketing, and logistics processes
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
