We are seeking an eLearning Developer / Graphic Designer who is creative, adaptable, and eager to grow. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants to build advanced skills in digital learning, visual storytelling, and multimedia production while working on real client projects.

The successful candidate is someone who thinks in systems, respects process, and takes pride in polished, learner-centered work.

We prioritize strong foundational production knowledge over mastery of specific tools. This role requires an understanding of how high-quality learning and multimedia content is structured and built.

Toolexpertiseis valuable, but production thinking is essential.

Learning development in this role is part of an evolving workflow. As our systems grow and expand, this role contributes to refining processes, improving efficiency, and supporting scalable course production.

• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Translate written content into engaging, learner-friendly digital experiences
• Apply basic instructional design principles to improve clarity, flow, and learner engagement
• Revise projects based on feedback and quality standards
• Support QA testing and final delivery of course materials
• Collaborate with instructional leads and subject matter experts to refine content
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices where possible
• Organize project files and reusable assets to support scalable course development
• Contribute ideas that improve workflow, tools, and production processes

• Create clean, modern visual assets that support learning clarity and engagement
• Design layouts, icons, infographics, and supporting graphics for digital courses
• Maintain visual consistency and branding across projects
• Develop simple animations or motion elements to enhance learning experiences
• Edit and prepare short instructional videos and screen recordings
• Support audio cleanup, voiceover integration, and basic sound editing
• Optimizeimages, video, and audio for online delivery and performance
• Use AI-assisted creative tools to support video, voice, and visual production
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative output
• Collaborate on visual storytelling approaches that improve learner understanding
• Organize and manage multimedia assets for reuse and version control

• Prepare course assets for Learning Management System (LMS) deployment and platform hosting
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot formatting, export, and compatibility issues while contributing to improvements incourse delivery, integrations, and platform performance
• Support testing and quality assurance for new releases and updates
• Assistin experimenting with new tools, workflows, and production pipelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of hosting processes and technical standards
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset documentation
• Support internal documentation to improve repeatable workflows

We prioritize strong production fundamentals and workflow understanding over mastery of specific software. Candidates should be comfortable working within structured development processes and using tools as part of a larger production system.
