The Senior Manager IAM Metric Insights, you will drive Identity and Access Management control performance, through continuous monitoring, metrics analysis, and reporting. This enables leadership to measure identity and access management effectiveness, develop targeted action plans, and make informed management decisions that strengthen our security posture.
What Will You Do?
Metrics Management: Manage IAM metrics portfolio to identify automation opportunities, challenge value of existing metrics to drive continuous improvement, and review IAM processes to implement new metrics that add measurable value.
Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly governance and risk reports providing an integrated view of IAM control performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate IAM metric results, action plans, and performance insights to enterprise stakeholders, enabling informed risk-based decision-making across the organization.
Forum Leadership: Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) Enterprise Lifecycle Governance Model and forum, driving alignment and collaboration across IT and business stakeholders on IAM priorities.
Must have:
5+ years of experience in a comparable role, with a proven track record of identifying actionable insights and presenting findings to senior leadership to support informed decision making
Advanced analytics expertise to identify trends and develop actionable remediation plans using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for IT and business leadership
Strong collaboration skills to influence and drive change without direct authority
Expertise preparing high-impact presentations for senior leadership audiences
Track record delivering results across multiple initiatives
Commitment to continuous learning and rapidly acquiring new technical domain knowledge
Motivation to develop new or additional IAM expertise
Understanding of IAM concepts (authentication protocols, PAM, user lifecycle management)
Experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint, Active Directory, Entra , Service Now)
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA)
Familiarity with IT standards (NIST Cybersecurity Framework, COBIT)
Experience with collaboration tools (MS 365/SharePoint, Confluence, Jira)
