A leading IT services provider in Calgary is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver consistent Tier 1 and Tier 2 technology support. This role is vital for ensuring that employees can work productively by maintaining reliable end-user devices and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in IT support, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
