Responsibilities- Experience with customer-facing (external) web applications with Buyflow, e.g., with Buyflow – used by external users, and experience managing a step-by-step external customer journey from selecting a product to placing an order.
- Experience working in an Agile – Scrum Team with a good understanding of scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Retro, Stand up, Review/Demo, Grooming/Backlog refinement); SAFE team experience is a plus, along with estimation techniques.
- Experience working indirectly/directly with UI/UX or design teams and stakeholders, including Product Owner.
- Tools – Jira and draw.io, Lucid, or Visio (Visio would be excellent).
- Experience preparing flow diagrams – process flows, system flows, flowcharts, swim lanes, system integration flows, etc.
- Experience in splitting/breaking down requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories in Jira, based on mockups and requirements.
- Expert in identifying user stories that can be tested independently to deliver value and preparing user stories with strong structure (User action, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, mockups as applicable).
- Expert in functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and scope creep.
- Experience articulating requirements to the Dev/QA team for successful delivery using flow diagrams, mockups, workshops, etc.
- Expertise in collecting requirements from stakeholders to minimize conflict in deliverables and in identifying the benefits delivered by the requirements.
- Gap and data analysis techniques (SQL / Power BI, nice to have) to improve service delivery.
- Conflict management, negotiation skills, and problem-solving mindset (e.g., production incidents – engage the right team member, troubleshoot, resolve).
- Good with APIs.
- Familiarity with change management.
- Ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day activities to expedite BSA-related activities.
- Collaborate, communicate, build trust, and strike relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Telecom BSS experience with customer-facing (external) web applications.
- Working with Service Now and the operations team.
- Experience with internal applications (e.g., Salesforce, HR applications used by internal users) – good to have.
