Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end administration and ongoing management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of MNP’s LMS, providing guidance, best practices and system expertise to stakeholders across MNP
  • Proactively troubleshoot LMS issues, identifying the root cause and driving timely, sustainable resolutions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and LMS provider to ensure seamless integration of data
  • Continuously identify, recommend and implement changes
  • Evolve LMS to ensure it continues to support changing learning strategies, business priorities and regulatory requirements, while enhancing the user experience
  • Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits, reviewing reports and analyzing learning data
  • Support with governance, controls and security with LMS
  • Play a lead role in educating and/or training Regional Human Capital teams
  • Skills and Experience

  • Business Administration or Computer Science degree
  • Ability to communicate in French and English would be considered an asset
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS);
    Docebo experience is an asset
  • Proven data analysis experience with expertise in creating reports and dashboards
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Desire to collaborate and make an impact in a growing organization
  • Critical thinker who is motivated by continuous system improvement
