• Participate in the development and implementation of the department's vision, goals, and objectives
• Lead investigations and assessments of new tools and technology to enhance the technical landscape
• Resolve production problems by coordinating with software vendors and in-house experts
• Contribute technical guidance and advice to special initiatives and project activities
• Develop high-level solution designs in collaboration with Project Managers and Systems Analysts

• Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 4 years of application experience in a client/server and/or web-based environment
• Experience as an Infrastructure System Analyst
• Strong knowledge of UNIX, Windows, and Oracle database technology, along with networking and security concepts
• Direct experience in providing strategic direction for applications

• Experience in IT project planning, process analysis, systems analysis, and systems implementation
• Familiarity with IT processes, business management, and project management
