Trans Mountain is seeking a collaborative, motivated, and values driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Deskside Support Analyst. In this position, you will play a key role in providing support to the organization’s end users as it pertains to their computing systems. This will include but not be limited to, break fixes, application productivity, and print support. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge with Active Directory and enterprise access management.

This position offers the opportunity to work with various stakeholders in the organization and build a strong understanding of IT support resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary IT support resource for our Calgary facilities whose duties will include but not be limited to:
    Break‑fix support, IT asset management and inventory controls, and end‑user application & compute support.
  • Manage the lifecycle and day to day support of cell phones.
  • Provide AV support on site for our Teams Meeting Rooms.
  • Provide support to Executives and Executive Assistants.
  • Process and documentation lifecycle support with the lifecycle management of some of our IT processes and practices.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
  • High School education with at least 6 years of related work in a corporate organization.
  • Intermediate experience with Active Directory, Active roles, O365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online (desired).
  • Junior experience with enterprise access management and role management (desired).
  • Intermediate experience using or administering the Service Now platform
  • Senior experience with and ability to guide others in the use of the MS Office and O365 suite of products.
  • Senior experience with break‑fix end‑user compute support.
  • Senior experience with MS Windows troubleshooting and support.
  • Intermediate experience with mobile device support (Tablets, mobile phones, iPads, etc).
  • Senior experience with remote support tools and processes.
  • Intermediate experience with computing imaging and SCCM products.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Teams productivity.
  • A track record of delivering high‑quality work, managing competing priorities, and supporting key business processes or operational functions.
