Make an impact as we look to strengthen our Digital Solutions practice with a Manager Power Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our developed applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents, among others. These tools allow you to address process opportunities that our clients are unable to fulfill with their own internal teams – we are trusted to solve problems with high quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of Modern Work and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages and M365 Copilot / Agent Builder.Lead a team of technology consultants and analysts.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Support proposal development activities with content and estimations.Align Power Platform initiatives with business goals and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing.Manage resource allocation effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and partners.Demonstrating a firm understanding of Power PlatformsDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry through experiential learning with clientsNetwork and take a leadership role in the local professional, business, and community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunitiesContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systemsDevelop, coach, and train team members towards professional and personal developmentSkills & Experience
Completion of a College’s Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA degree, or equivalentEffective Time Management and organization skillsProven track record of successful program/project executionDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams and influence across organizational boundariesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsSound problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of Microsoft tools including M365 Copilot, Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages and Power AppsPassion for the IT and the Software worldMotivation, willingness to innovate, good communication skills (written and spoken) and a taste for teamwork – a bonus if you are bilingual (French)
