THE ROLE:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Data Integration Specialist who can bridge technical expertise with strong client engagement. In this role, you’ll support data delivery, integration, and onboarding efforts while working closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance data products and client outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping data solutions and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with enterprise data platforms including Oracle, Postgres, Snowflake, Elasticsearch, and Azure SQLServe as a technical resource for clients, troubleshooting data integration issues and supporting onboardingProvide Tier 2 support for data users, resolving complex issues efficientlyOptimize internal data pipelines and contribute to the evolution of new data offeringsGuide stakeholders on data access methods and integration best practicesPrepare data for use in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and internal applicationsDocument processes, data flows, and integration designs for knowledge sharingLead and participate in major data migration projectsCollaborate with internal teams to communicate product enhancements, defects, and client feedbackMaintain regular client interactions and log activities in CRM systemsMentor junior team members and support the onboarding of new technical staffWHY THIS ROLE?
