Position Title- AI Business Analyst

Job Summary –
This position requires a solid understanding of the business case and technology. AI Business Analyst should be able to dive deep into the client use case, understand client needs, problem, and requirements. The person should be able to capture and document the requirements, communicate the requirements to the dev team and align on the scope with the client. This individual should also understand the technology platform well, the Work Fusion Work.ai

platform, including a wide range of its capabilities from document labelling to Digital Workers capabilities and dashboards. The person should understand what client needs will be covered with the help of OOTB capabilities and where additional customization is required. An individual with an analytical mindset and thoughtful approach is expected for this position. The position will entail diverse tasks such as communication to the client and the team, working with documentation and datasets, manual labelling, user testing of the end solution and creating dashboards.

The person should be a good team player, able to articulate well, and a proactive and meticulous individual able to work independently on the project.

Years Of Experience Needed –

8-10 years of experience working as Business Analyst or Data Analyst

Core Responsibilities

Elicit and document requirements from clients

Clear communication both internally and externally

Analyze large volumes of client datasets

Develop and maintain documentation

Create datasets for Classification and Information Extraction use cases

Perform QA and testing activities

Train customer SMEs to use end solution

Provide reports for customers using OOTB Dashboards or other tools

Qualifications/Experience

Experience of interaction with client and requirements gathering

Experience of structured and unstructured data analysis, text mining

Ability to identify useful patterns in data and use them for optimizing the data collection process

Experience in QA / BI is an advantage

Experience in Banking, Insurance, Health Care domains is an advantage

Experience with Python and Jupiter Notebook is an advantage
