At Accelerated Focus, we’re excited to announce an opening for a Tech Lead. While we typically look for professionals with Out Systems expertise, we’re also open to candidates who bring extensive low-code or strong coding backgrounds and are eager to ramp up on Out Systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, and who thrives on delivering customer value through technology.
You’ll have the opportunity to mentor developers, shape strategy, and play a critical role in the success of our projects as our teams continue to grow.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and implementation of major system components.
Define, communicate, and execute technical roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders.
Make key architectural and technology adoption decisions.
Mentor and coach developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
Enforce coding standards, development processes, and quality practices.
Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure alignment with technical goals.
Anticipate risks, optimize performance, and remove technical blockers.
Champion innovation, Out Systems best practices, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across departments to align technical solutions with business needs.
Display proactive leadership, ownership, and accountability for project outcomes.

5+ years of development experience (Out Systems preferred, but equivalent low-code or high-code experience will be considered).
Proven leadership experience guiding development teams and influencing architecture.
Hands-on experience working in agile environments.
Proficiency in at least four development languages.
Bonus points if you have Out Systems certifications (or other low-code certifications).
A strong personal story or passion for Out Systems.
Skills in RESTful services, .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
