We are looking for a Net Suite Client Director in our Finance & Operations Practice
. This role will be responsible for leading Net Suite client engagements, serving as a functional Net Suite expert, driving sales efforts to bring in new clients and expand existing relationships, building and coaching our Net Suite team, authoring thought leadership, and driving best practices for our Net Suite portfolio.

• Lead Net Suite client engagements, serving as project lead and functional expert for our clients
• Use functional expertise to advise on client business processes including financial close, transactional reporting, integrated financial statements, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and other similar processes
• Bring a functional, business and process‑oriented mindset to technology implementation. The ideal candidate should have relevant finance and accounting experience, and also experience with Net Suite
• Build and coach our Net Suite team with a focus on client success. This will include working with a diverse team of consultants and architects
• Bring best practices to the table for Net Suite implementations
• Provide Net Suite thought leadership by writing articles, blogs, and potentially delivering presentations at user conferences
• Improve and develop our standing as a Net Suite partner
• Lead project teams supporting multiple work streams consisting of client‑side personnel and Spaulding Ridge consultants while adhering to Spaulding Ridge’s delivery methodology and project standards. In many cases, these projects will include Net Suite and another technology
• Drive net new business and new projects for our Net Suite team in North America
• Participate in pre‑sales activities:
  • Conduct initial client discovery sessions to understand business requirements and pain points
  • Estimate and define project scope, timeline, and resource requirements
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address technical questions and concerns during the sales process
  • Contribute to the development of statement of work (SOW) documents

• 5+ years of experience with Net Suite with demonstrated experience in 5+ end‑to‑end deployments of Net Suite
• Experience managing a team of high‑performing consultants
• Minimum 8 years of total experience, preferably in accounting and software consulting, or supporting software consulting and implementation
• Net Suite Foundations or Net Suite ERP certification is a preferred credential
• Demonstrated experience in translating customer business needs into dynamic solutions that provide best‑in‑class value for our clients
• Experience in change management and business process mapping in support or in conjunction with a major software implementation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business preferred or relevant professional experience
