Our client, a highly respected national organization, is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst to join their Calgary office. This is a full‑time, fully onsite contract opportunity supporting a fast‑paced enterprise IT environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering first‑line technical support while providing exceptional customer service to internal users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level troubleshooting and diagnosis for hardware and software issues
  • Log all user interactions and incidents into the service management system
  • Determine appropriate resolutions and provide guidance to end users
  • Install, configure, move, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Provide deskside support when issues cannot be resolved remotely
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service within established service levels
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical knowledge bases
  • Perform other related support duties as required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of recent IT service desk or help desk experience
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels
  • Bilingual in English and French (required)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
  • Comfortable working fully onsite (5 days a week) in Calgary
