MaKami College is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital performance, website optimization, and marketing automation initiatives that directly support enrollment growth.
This role owns digital execution across campaigns, website experience, agency collaboration, and automation systems. The ideal candidate understands how traffic, content, CRM, and automation work together to generate qualified leads and support SAS enrollment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with enrollment goals
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, SEO, and email
- Define KPIs and performance benchmarks tied to lead quality and enrollment outcomes
- Optimize budget allocation and channel mix based on data
- Translate MaKami’s brand positioning into consistent, high-impact digital messaging
Agency Collaboration & Performance Management
- Serve as primary internal lead for digital agency partners
- Translate institutional goals into clear briefs and measurable KPIs
- Review media plans, targeting strategy, creative direction, and landing page alignment
- Hold agencies accountable for performance, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Lead performance reviews and continuous optimization discussions
- Identify and test new growth opportunities with agency partners
Website & Word Press Management
- Manage and optimize MaKami College’s Word Press website
- Update landing pages, program pages, and conversion paths
- Ensure site performance, speed, SEO structure, and mobile optimization
- Oversee implementation of tracking, pixels, conversion events, and tagging
- Collaborate with developers when required while maintaining hands-on CMS capability
- Identify and execute CRO (conversion rate optimization) improvements
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
- Build and optimize automated lead nurturing workflows
- Develop segmentation strategies aligned with program and intake priorities
- Ensure seamless integration between website forms, CRM, and automation platforms
- Improve lead scoring, routing, and handoff processes to SAS
- Identify automation efficiencies to reduce manual processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve the marketing tech stack
Content & Conversion Optimization
- Develop high-performing digital content aligned to student decision journey
- Align messaging across paid media, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email sequences
- Optimize full funnel from first click to enrollment
Analytics & Reporting
- Own digital performance reporting across campaigns, website, and automation
- Use Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM data to provide actionable insights
- Connect campaign performance to actual enrollment outcomes
- Identify friction points in the funnel and implement improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing Word Press websites
- Strong understanding of website structure, SEO fundamentals, and CRO
- Experience building and managing marketing automation workflows
- Experience integrating website forms with CRM systems
- Experience working directly with digital agencies
- Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hub Spot or enterprise CRM systems
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience with advanced tracking implementation (GTM, pixels, conversion APIs)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
