We’re looking for a Web Developer & Designer to work with our team on a remote, project basis. We’re seeking someone with 10+ years of experience who enjoys helping business owners get to the next level and is self-driven enough to thrive in a remote environment. At the same time, we want someone who values balance, can manage deadlines confidently, and appreciates a flexible work schedule.

The primary responsibility is web development in Squarespace and Word Press. From a design perspective, you will be implementing designs created by our Creative Director, while also being responsible for designing certain web pages and select projects independently.

An added asset would be someone comfortable with graphic design, owning smaller projects such as flyers, brochures, social posts, and building assets in Canva.

This role is essentially a web development and design expert, someone who is technically strong, creatively capable, and confident working autonomously.

• Lead web development projects in Squarespace and Word Press
• Interpret Hotjar insights and implement strategic improvements based on user behavior
• Ongoing website maintenance and updates for Word Press sites
• Liaise directly with clients to gather feedback and provide clear instructions regarding access, logins, and next steps
• Ensure proper setup and verification of tracking, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Take full responsibility for website QA prior to launch and post launch
• Troubleshoot complex issues and proactively develop effective solutions
• Provide post-launch training and create Loom videos for clients

• Primarily implement designs created by our Creative Director, delivered via Figma
• Lead the design of select pages and smaller website projects as needed
• Accurately translate client branding into cohesive, high-performing web layouts

• Support smaller design projects such as flyers, print ads, and promotional materials
• Design and build assets in Canva
• Design and build newsletters in Mailchimp

• You are a digital jack-of-all-trades, with a strong emphasis on website development
• A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Comfortable working with clients and being present on client calls
• You read tasks thoroughly, understand the details, and ask thoughtful questions when something is unclear
• You own your work fully, QA it until it’s ready for both internal and client review
• You’re not afraid to show your skills, voice ideas, and collaborate openly
• You’re comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and detail-oriented execution
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-moving environment
• You value collaboration, clarity, and empowerment as much as we do
• And most importantly, you’re genuinely nice and easy to work with - sense of humour a plus
