Our trusted client is seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level IT support and deskside services at its Calgary office, ensuring reliable technology operations in a secure enterprise environment.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Secret clearance (or eligibility for it)
  • A university degree or college diploma in information technology
  • A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in an IT service desk or operational environment
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated customer service experience
  • Experience providing first-level hardware and software troubleshooting, logging incidents in a call-management system, and delivering deskside support
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French

This is a 1-year, full-time (37.5 hours/week), on-site contract opportunity.
