Investment Management
sector, currently undergoing a large‑scale business transformation. Thepany ismitted to modernizing its technology, improving data quality, and strengthening end‑to‑end operational excellence.

Your New Role As a Project Manager (Contractor), you will support the QA, Data Conversion, and Reconciliation workstreams throughout a major transformation initiative. You will manage QA activities, oversee data conversion quality, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams including technology, operations, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee QA testing for the Conversion team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Provide hands-on support to Conversion and Reconciliation teams throughout execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, triage, and resolve data and QA issues.

Drive execution of the QA program, ensuring quality delivery of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Create and maintain all QA and Data Conversion issues/risks in the RAID log and represent them through to resolution.

Track and report on data conversion and QA progress against project timelines.

Provide expertise in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.

Support adoption of best practices in data management and quality assurance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience in QA and data conversion within the Investment Management sector.

Strong Project Management expertise, with experience in hybrid and agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desirable Attributes

Familiarity with Integrations, Aladdin, and Simcorp systems (strong asset, not mandatory).

A couple of years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
