Position DescriptionCGI is seeking a Lead Service Now Architect to guide clients in defining strategic direction, designing scalable platform solutions, and maximizing value from their Service Now investment. As a trusted advisor, the Lead Architect brings deep business, architectural, and industry expertise while effectively engaging senior stakeholders to shape and enable enterprise transformation.

- Partner with clients to understand business goals, strategic priorities, and operational challenges
- Architect, design, and guide the implementation of scalable, intuitive, and maintainable Service Now solutions tailored to client needs
- Lead solution definition and present architectural recommendations through workshops, presentations, and regular stakeholder engagement
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery, including design, development, testing, rollout, and support, while mentoring and coaching Service Now developers
- Evaluate and integrate legacy and modern technologies, leveraging the strengths of each within the overall architecture
- Develop migration strategies from current‑state environments to target Service Now architectures
- Promote and communicate ITIL principles, governance practices, and industry standards across teams
- Provide architectural leadership and expert consultation, ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and CGI delivery frameworks
- 5 years of hands‑on Service Now experience, including architecture or senior solution design responsibilities
- 7+ years in the information technology sector, ideally in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts, frameworks, and methodologies
- Broad technical knowledge across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and telecommunications
- Experience in tiered support environments such as IT Operations (ITOM) or Security Operations (Sec Ops) is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
- A demonstrated drive for excellence and a passion for helping teams and clients achieve their goals
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $185,000.
