Service Now Developer - RQ

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified A Service Now Developer to design, configure, and customize applications within the Service Now platform to streamline business processes.. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, scripting (JavaScript), UI customization, and supporting upgrades.
Role Deliverables
Collaborates with the client’s platform team to enable necessary plug-insDevelops and configures components based on functional specificationsWorks closely with the Solution Architect and Functional Lead/BA for technical guidance and design adherenceParticipates in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews for progress updatesConducts unit testing for all developed componentsFixes defects identified during the Build and UAT phasesRetests after resolution to confirm compliance with requirementsMaintains technical documentation for configurations, including implementation stepsConducts knowledge transfer sessions with the client’s platform support teamSupports the client’s platform team to execute the cut-over plan for go-liveProvides hyper care support and manages the tracking/resolution of hyper care defectsSkills
:
5+ years of experience in Service Now configuration and development.Ability to design, develop and deploy custom applications in Service NowExperience with integrations between Service Now and other third-party systemsExperience with ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) and preferably HRSD.Strong, practical experience with JavaScript, APIs, data imports, and web technologies.Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related fieldCertified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
