Salesforce Developer

We’re currently looking for a Salesforce Developer for a six month term to join our dynamic Transformation Team!

Reporting to the Manager, Automation & Business Intelligence, you will work on our existing Salesforce implementation that includes CRM, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and a passion for using technology to create social change.

• Enhance and maintain our Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with our existing development team to design and implement new features and functionality
• Optimize our use of Salesforce products, including Non‑Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Develop custom solutions to meet our organization’s unique needs
• Ensure data integrity and system performance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed

• Computer Science Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of development experience
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation
• Familiarity with data management and integration techniques
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II, Experience Cloud Consultant) (Ideal)
• Experience with Non‑Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Previous experience working in the non‑profit sector Attributes
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and other UW staff
