ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Business Analyst for immediate opportunities with clients in Edmonton, Toronto, Calgary & Regina. Strong intermediate and senior Business Analysts only to apply.
The successful candidates possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
MANDATORY:
Minimum 4 years working in data processing environmentWorking as a Business Analyst for a minimum of three yearsAbility to work effectively with all levels of the client organizationA successful track recordA minimum of 2 client references from your most recent projects are required to confirm these mandatory’sDESIRABLE:
Experience of working in Government, Crown Corps or the Utilities sector (oil, gas, power, etc.)Recent Business Analyst experience in delivering solutions to Provincial DepartmentsMember of the IIBA and possess a CBAP certification (or in progress)Experience documenting business rules, processes and data modelsExperience developing business cases or business case summariesExperience developing Use CasesExperience in Business Process ReengineeringExperience facilitating workshops or JAD sessionsExperience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) or UMLExperience in QA test planning, testing support and executionExperience with projects spanning multiple technical environmentsExperience working on an Enterprise applicationsExperience working within an Enterprise Architecture environmentExperience with secure exchange of electronic documents between stakeholdersExperience working in an Oracle development environmentExperience working in a Crystal report development environmentExperience implementing web-based solutionsDegree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, MBA) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.
