One of TEKsystems top retailer clients in Canada is looking to hire for a "Associate manager" with a dynamic team that’s shaping the future of retail procurement! As Associate Manager, Fixture Procurement, you’ll be the operational backbone of their procurement function—ensuring smooth execution, resolving escalations, and driving enterprise-level reporting across all banners. This is a leadership-support role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Manager to deliver strategic vendor management and procurement excellence.

What You’ll Do
Oversee daily procurement operations across banners for consistency and compliance.
Act as the first escalation point for vendor, store, or cross-functional issues.
Partner with the Manager on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Align activities across Leads, Specialists, and Analysts to meet timelines.
Facilitate meetings with Merchandising, Store Design, Construction, Logistics, and Finance.
Consolidate reporting into executive-level summaries for high level leadership.
Monitor procurement performance, identify risks, and highlight savings opportunities.
Collaborate on vendor management, contract compliance, and enterprise alignment.
Represent procurement in vendor meetings at the enterprise level.
