SAP SD Architect

Our Client is looking for an experienced SAP SD Architect to lead this piece of the S/4

HANA Rise project.

Role: SAP SD Architect
Start Date: April 7, 2025
End Date: September 30, 2025
Work Model: Prefer Calgary based consultant Onsite in Calgary. Potentially a hybrid model after project kickoff.

Experience Need need knowledge of SAP in SD and LE
Retail experience is strongly preferred
Some experience with IS Oil is required
Enough technical skills to work with the development team to analyze and recommend a path for some of the existing customizations and interfaces.
This person will be driving blueprint and detail design workshops and needs to have experience doing that before.

As an SAP SD Architect, you'll lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution modules, ensuring SAP landscape aligns with business strategies, optimizes processes, and integrates seamlessly with other systems.

Key Responsibilities Design and Implementation:

Design and implement SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain SAP SD configurations, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process improvements within the SAP SD module.
Optimize sales processes, including order management, pricing, and billing.
Ensure efficient and accurate data flow within the SD module.
Integration and

Collaboration:

Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules and external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business users, developers, testers) to ensure successful implementation.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on SAP SD related matters.
Documentation and Testing:

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.
Conduct thorough testing of SAP SD configurations and solutions.
